Hello everybody
I tell my story, I was just implanted in Atlanta by Dr. Hakki. I'm on the seventh day after surgery. I got a Titan 22cm 1,5 rte again. The doctor told me that everything was fine but after I removed the bandages so far I immediately realized I could feel the pump tubes banging against the left side of my scrotum (and this causes me quite pain) but most of all I feel a really painful tube that is attached to the base of my penis looks like it is attached to the base of the pubis. Inside the scrotum it appears that the pump is not straight but resting.
As for the tubes I asked him and he told me that it is normal because the titan tubes have this elbow shape ...
Second thing I seem to have a (floppy games) I see the titan cylinders (if I am lying this thing is quite evident) and the glans moves back and forth ... it was strange, beyond that when my implant is inflated mine Glans remains small.
Again he told me that everything is normal. It seems small to you because the rods of the titan are bigger and make your big one seem small .... and that will give me Viagra. (and in my mind I thought that if I spent 20000k and then having to take viagra it is all absurd).
If I can later I will attach some photos.
Since yesterday I started to feel painful (really painful) my cock has changed shape and it seems more squeezed than before and I think I have lost 1.5cm
I would love to hear from you, or if anyone has had similar problems. meanwhile, I'm trying to make an appointment with Eid
Thanks in advance
A week after surgery, tubes strangely placed in the scrotum and floppy games. Please suggestions

The implant does not inflate your glans, it only inflates the shaft of the penis. Dr Hakky is right, try the Viagra if you want to have a full, engorged glans and can't get it naturally
Early 30s with ED from jelqing. Implant by Dr Eid on 24 June 2021 with a Titan 24cm with +1cm RTE on one side and -1cm cut off on the other side

Hi . Give it time brother you're only 7 days out of major surgery and it takes weeks and even months for everything to calm down and find it's place.

When I first visited with Hakky months ago I asked him about the floppy gland and he told me that it couldn't happen because the rods also support the glans. spending all this money and going through all this pain and then taking viagra all of this really doesn't make sense ... or a professional should have specified it first.

It going to take a while for everything to settle in its place. The floppy glans thing took me months to get over, now during sex my glans and shaft will engorge a bit. My Titan pump hung to the left at first, now it is pretty straight down the middle. Pain is pretty much expected at 7 days. Ice bags might help. Good Luck

Floppy glans comes from the implant being to short. Hakey is not going to short you. If before implant you had soft glans like after a prostatectomy you will have soft glans with an implant. IF you did not know this before getting implanted, you didn't read enough Frank/ Talk. The subject has been thoroughly covered here.

My glans was perfect before surgery and I have never done any prostatectomy. I'm starting to think that Hakki has underpowered me. I'm making an appointment with Eid to get a second opinion.

That's the same thing I thought. Implant to to stop taking pills, pumps, and any other treatments for ED. It's the permanent fix, why some guys have to keep taking tadalafil etc for the glans. The glans is mostly unaffected, its apart from the corpus cavernosum

Before you spend your money rushing to see Dr Eid or anyone else, think about this piece of advice.
Wait a little bit. Be a little patient. It won’t affect your outcome one bit.
A week after surgery is way too soon to make any real judgments. I put on a brave face but a week after? I was occasionally like WTF have I done? That’s not an uncommon experience, either. Lots of guys on here, who are tremendously satisfied with results, we’re pretty damned skeptical at one week.
I cannot imagine Dr Eid or any reputable surgeon opening you up for a revision while you’re healing. So even if Dr Hakky undersized you (which is pretty unlikely based on his record but could happen, I guess) you’re not going to find anyone for a re-do for awhile.
Forget the glans for a second. Where are the tips? Can you gently palpate the tips on the underside of your dick head? Rather than current floppiness…their position will tell you more about how you were sized.
I doubt a week into this that you are really getting a good total inflation of your equipment. Soreness and discomfort and swelling just won’t allow it.
The great thing is you can do what you want, see any doctor you wish. I honestly believe, however, that giving your situation more time before running to a new doctor would be money well saved.

I understand your concern. I do. But you seriously need to take a breath, heal up, then see what you're really dealing with, good or not-so-good. There's absolutely no way to know today, this close to surgery. None. My dick/balls felt like pure chaos for at least the first 3 weeks and, after the trauma of surgery settled down, I was still left to deal with the mental chaos of being unfamiliar with the nuances of how to operate my implant, what to expect etc. And believe me, I was sufficiently motivated. Allow a little time to reasonably assess.
Slowly you heal up, slowly you gain confidence.
And your dick is going to be different. I hope you've prepared yourself for the coming reality that this new thing is going to throw you some curveballs, both physical and mental. It will.
But then...
