Someone in this forum who before the implant could not have an erection or to masturbate? And then when it was implanted, I recovered the ejaculation?
I am in a psychological and organic moment that prevents me from having an erection simply to masturbate, I am already tired of all this. and I'm also worried about spending many days without ejaculating if it's bad for your health or not. months ago I almost masturbated daily and sex on weekends and right now I can't even masturbate. ahh and another question is it possible to ejaculate without having an erection? At least to let off steam.

As for is an erection required for ejactulation. No, it is not requied. I knew a man that was paralyzed from the shoulders down. He was always on a catheter. His brother told me that occasionally semon would show up in his urine bag. Never knew that he even ejaculated but his body did it for him.

I was never TOTALLY impotent but was able to orgasm and ejaculate by fellatio quite well and masturbation was reliable,too.
With fellatio, your lover should be able to provide abie of vacuum to produce some degree of engogement.

I know of no health effectsof long periods of not ejaculating. Weeks should be no risk. Months, might wind up with old, stale semen. Sperm and semen get reaborbed into the body naturally. Once a week should keep your pipes cleaned well enough, I think.

Let’s not completely ignore the research that shows very regular ejaculations for older men are associated with a lower risk of prostate cancer. The exact operative link I do not believe has been determined, but the correlation has been seen repeatedly. If need be I was going to use that as a reason to tell my wife I neeed an implant.

Or frequent fellation (to completion, with swallowing). Strictly for medicinal purposes , of course. I have also heard prostate massage recommended for prostate health (and prostate orgasms to be beneficial, as well).

Seriously, though, if you know, what is the frequency that is effective for prostate health/cancer prevention? I have heard this, but lack detailed knowledge.

When I couldn't get an erection due to my ED, masturbation was a tough workout. It would take me forever to stimulate enough for an orgasm, and that was using a good dab of lube. But yes, you can orgasm with a soft penis.
As far as not ejaculating for a long period of time, I have always had an ache in my testicles if I didn't ejaculate often enough. They will feel full and swollen, and after an ejaculation will feel better.

I am 40 years old, I have fibrosis in the corpus cavernosum and I take antidepressants and anxiolytics, and despite that I have a libido. I have finally managed to ejaculate after a month without ejaculating. laying on my side closing my legs so that the blood does not come out and concentrating a lot. It seemed that I was urinating from the amount that I ejaculated, I don't remember ever having ejaculated so much. My anxiety and bad mood have gone away a bit and I even feel like eating.
