Prince Albert
Anyone get their dick pierced post surgery? I’m thinking I want one. Getting into my late 30s and I must be approaching a mid life crisis. I don’t want to hurt the implant, but I like my dick a lot more nowadays

Howdy AG. Not sure if you remember but we chatted on the phone a few times after your surgery.
The old cliche about you being free & over 21 still applies. You can do what you want. But if it were me I think I’d pass on the PA and I’m not saying that just because I’m old. If I didn’t have an implant even at my decrepit age I’d consider it. I think one would look cool and an old guy with one at the gym would freak people out big time.
But…..I do have an implant. It works real well. And even though I think a decent piercing person could manage to miss anything significant I think the risk-to-reward ratio is in favor of not getting pierced.
There is also the nasty specter of infection to worry about. Right now my dick and it’s implanted prosthesis is a closed system and no germs are getting in and I like it that way. I let somebody poke holes in my cock….I no longer have control. The chance of infection might not be huge….but the penalty for one that gets in and spreads would be pretty catastrophic. I really, really don’t want a situation where they have to rip out my cylinders, bombard me with antibiotics, and start from scratch in six months after the infection has been vanquished.
Two plus years into the realm of implantee I’ve finally got to where dribbling after urination is no longer an issue….I remember to shake. From what I’ve heard having a second pee hole even if it’s partially plugged by a metal object is bound to complicate things.
Take it from an old guy. Sometimes you are way better off just leaving things the way they are. Need something edgy? Go get a tasteful tattoo of some type on a bicep. But if Dr. Hakky has your plumbing working well, think twice before you do something that could F it up.

I've got a PA and love it. However, I got it about 20 years ago. Following surgery, I put it right back in. I talked to the doc about it at first consult. I wanted to be sure it wasn't going to be a problem. He said no issue with getting an implant. I wouldn't consider getting a PA post implant without talking to your surgeon.

Of course I remember you. You walked me off the ledge those first few days post op. I’ll never forget it, believe me.
You’re right. This thing works great now. I’m really happy w everything overall. A common trait we humans have is to, in the rare moment we don’t have a problem, create one anyways.
Thanks for your thoughts

I have had a PA and other genital piercings for decades. Check with your doctor and if he says OK then a good piercer should be able to place a PA with no problem. It will be a whole new experience for sure.

ED for number of years. Used pills and Quadmix. Venous leakage too much to overcome. IPP is only solution to my issue.Coloplast Titan 18cm+3cm RTE's on June 20,2022....Revision September 11,2023. Second revision September 9,2024 20+3
