Scrubs wearing nurse getting a Titan. Jockstrap question

Gentleman,

Long time lurker, first post. Read a lot of posts. Shout out to all the brothers who take the time to help.

35 y/o male from Danmark. ED for over 10 years. Tried pills and injections with limited succes. Ed ruins everything from mental health to relationships.
Current length is 7,5" with an upward curve of 20°

This summer i will get my implant by Gabriele Antonini in Italy. He is one of the high volume surgeons in Europe.
He will give me a Titan implant.

I work as a nurse in a hospital. I work with mostly young females. I read the Titan is more rigid and without precautions it could look like an erection. At work i wear scrubs and i can get 2 weeks off from work.
What should i wear under my scrubs when returning to work to avoid tenting, if you know what i mean. I read about a jockstrap. Can i wear a jockstrap after two weeks and do i have to point the penis upwards or downwards? Is a jockstrap helping in a way people not thinking you have a boner? Any other thoughts?

Please no comments like 'show the boner with pride" . I don't wanna offend my colleagues and patients.

I had my operation Aug 3, and still walk around at 60% inflated. Fortunately, I do not have to go to work this month so I'm good for now. When I walk around, I can hide it from the public, pretty well. Sometimes I just walk around with a backpack in front of me to hide the bulge. Personally I cannot wait to deflate it, which should be in a week or two.

As far as wearing it up or down that is more of a question of recovery and discomfort. I have a titan (which is awesome) but honestly 8 months out, if you deflate with some squeezing to make sure the saline is going back to the reservoir (something you will learn with time), basic slightly tight cotton briefs keeps things in place (I leave it down). I am a little over 6" erect and yes it hangs about 5 1/2" flaccid. I am sure a jockstrap will also work fine.

My Titan was way too tender to go anywhere but up the first 3-4 weeks. After a lot of pumping and Perito exercises, and learning to totally deflate, it softened enough I could put it down without too much comfort. I wore two pair of tight underwear after the first two weeks when I needed to go out in public. After 4 weeks I completely deflated and started wearing seperatec undrrwear just for comfort.your first few weeks out after your initial 2 weeks will be very uncomfortable at the least! But some enough it will get much more comfortable.

It took me a couple months to tolerate much positioning of my now large flaccid penis. I found boxer briefs gave enough support without being as constrictive as a jock strap. I think in scrubs with boxer briefs things will be hidden enough to not offend your co-workers. Good Luck.

I highly recommend a jock strap and keep your penis pointed upwards. I wish I had done that, as the scar tissue that forms over time takes on the general shape of your penis, and with mine pointed downward, when I inflate there is a slight downward curve to it. Would much rather have had an inflated dick with a very slight upwards curve at 2 o'clock rather than the 4 o'clock downward curved position it takes inflated now.

Search the forum for underwear.

I prefer boxers with a pouch. Amazon sells Hanes total support pouch mens boxers briefs. I also wear David Archy micro model separate pouch boxes briefs with fly.
I tired a few other brands but these work best.

I tried a jock strap. It wasn’t comfortable.

Pouch design makes a difference in appearance. A wide pouch like Hanes, allows me for a subtle look whereas the D Archy style pouch it more front and center.

The key is deflation.

In the beginning I wore my shirt tails out and baggier pants.

The other thing to consider is most people engage by looking at eyes not your dick.

I don’t have an implant, but I do wear scrubs.

Go up a size in scrubs in addition to what you do for briefs. The additional fabric will hide whatever is going on as well.

In the early days after surgery, I wore my dick up and wore compression shorts. Very comfortable and kept it pointing up like the doctor wanted for 4 weeks. I don't think I turned any heads or got talked about behind my back. Non-event.
