I am a 60 yo gay white male in good health. After a disastrous episode with using Tri-Mix, My 10 hour erection rendered my penis totally non-functional. My only option was an implant. Dr. Stuart Boyd at USC Keck Medical Center in Los Angeles installed the AMS 700 implant. He was the very best penile implant surgeon in Southern California. Unfortunately he recently stopped practicing.
The implant does exactly what it is supposed to do. Pump it up and I have a solid 7.5" erection that will stay rock hard for as long as I like. One downfall is a loss of sensitivity of the penis head. Not a total loss mind you... but it is not as sensitive as it once was.
Later this week, I will make a short video of how I use the implant. Showing in detail the "pumping" action to make the penis hard and then how to deflate it to a more softer state.

ED survivor 5 years. Tried pills, Gainswave, PRP, Bi-Mix/Tri Mix (worked 50% but very painful for 24 hours after injection.) 55 Gay - Single Titan Coloplast implanted June 1st, 2022, scrotal in Miami by Dr Billy Cordone..,very happy. Zero regrets

First off, welcome to the forum. Glad to hear that your implant is working so well. I too have lost some feeling in the glans.... but being able to achieve and maintain an erection is GREAT.
How long ago did you have the surgery? And, have you had an opportunity to take it for a "test drive"??

Titan 20cm, Dr. Eid 7/15/22. ED before/after RT (2015), EBRT (2016) & ADT (20 mos.). EBRT & improper penile rehab post-treatment left penile/abdominal scarring, arterial blockage & slight hour-glass shape with Peyronie's disease.

Dr Boyd semi retired 4 years ago but stayed on to assist where needed. Did he completely retire now from USC/Keck?
83, good health, RP 7-2017, all nerves taken , PSA 0.05in 2025,, implanted 4-1-18, Infra-pubic, AMS lgx 15 cm with 5cm rte. Implant at USC Keck. Dr Boyd and Dr Loh Doyle 6.5 x 5, 800 AUS 7-21-20 at Keck
