Met again with Dr. Levine in Chicago in regards to my six week follow up post Botox injection. Honestly can’t tell it helped a whole lot. I did have sex with just viagra and cialis satisfactory for about 15 minutes, and then I had sex again later with a tri-mix injection for about an hour and a half. But it’s nowhere like it used to be. Dick wasn’t as hard, had to worry about losing it changing positions , etc. I’ve had a Doppler , no leak allegedly but my inflow was weak @ 14 and 15 cm/s. I’ve done PRP, shockwave with a legit Storz and now botox. Prior to stating tri-Mix occasionally in 2019 I could take cialis/viagra and go 3 times in a night and like a champ in the am. I gradually went on ever increasing tri-mix about 3x week for about 8 months then just Settled with one girl and would use it about 26x month for almost a year. By the end 60 units of 30/3/50 would give me about 30 mins and my dick had so much scar tissue. Felt like bbs in my dick. Those are all gone but I don’t get hardly any full erections that last past a few minutes.
Before I could be sexting and just get hard while driving, whip it out and take pics etc.

No idea what caused my issue other then over doing the tri-mix (even started using it when I didn’t need it), or mildly elevated lipids or who knows just the card I was dealt.

I didn’t schedule until before Christmas because my work got crazy busy and that is us usually
a downtime for me with no travel. I still have a bit of apprehension but plan on going through with it unless I get a miracle. Will just use tri-mix until then.

I’m not quite sure how I feel and this is all a bit surreal as it sinks in. I’m 50 single, have no issue getting women, in good health other then lipids which are now well controlled and obviously my dick not being up to par. To Say my mind has been kinda fucked ever since a Dr suggested an implant in late February would be a slight understatement.

well, it is a tough decision. I read this site for a full year until I decided to have the surgery, then implanted close to a year later. that being said, most of the posts I read here say confidently that they wish they would have done it sooner, and for various reasons.
My erections started to diminish around early 40s...viagra was a huge benefit until it slowly stopped working. ED is crushing to a mans confidence and that makes the cycle more vicious. Essentially that's why I had it done- I was tired of failing.I lost a wife because of it.
I am only 5 weeks into my implant and let me say its been interesting. after all the reading, nothing really prepares you until its your story. This site has been wonderful though. were not alone. Im glad your going thru with it!!!...we live once. we go around the sun 80-90 times if were fortunate. I plan to live life fully...and with a major hard on because in the end, isn't that why we are here? to have joy? to be a man? cheers to you friend. I hope everything goes well!!
