Deflation
2 weeks post op. Am deflating implant to lowest level possible but a "semi" erect penis remains. Question: with time and increased flexibility of cylinders, does penis take on any appearance of a "normal," flaccid penis to a greater degree?
Titan 20cm, Dr. Eid 7/15/22. ED before/after RT (2015), EBRT (2016) & ADT (20 mos.). EBRT & improper penile rehab post-treatment left penile/abdominal scarring, arterial blockage & slight hour-glass shape with Peyronie's disease.

Yes, deflated does look “normal”.Remember the tubes do change the appearance so while deflated the look will be different compared non-implanted .
Implanted 5.25.21 Coldplast, 24cm. Dr Tajkarimi.

Yes absolutely. It also depends on which model you have and how easy it is to deflate it. I think Titan one touch is the easiest to deflate and maximum deflate possible.. I think part of it also depends on how big you are. Bigger inflated dick bigger deflated dick.. I am small hence I am able to deflated to the maximum possible and it fits within my underwear concealed and also with no inconvenience. But expect your flaccid penis to be bigger than pre op flaccid penis. Its gorgeous in a way so its a blessing..

Re: Deflation
Hard to define different. At 4 years my LGX looks and feels normal. Well but it is much longer flaccid so that is different. But now it hangs downward like natural.

In a different thread, in response to Kaspar2501 you said yours look similar to his (flaccid is curved sideways). Did it straighten out over time (sorry if I misunderstood)?

Re: Deflation
True but I keep a pump in that keeps me straight and still hangs downward

Re: Deflation
I agree with all, after 11 weeks, been doing exercises bending the mess out of it and two handed pumping it til I can’t get anymore in it. Started nothing a gradual softening about 7 weeks in and now if I totally deflate it hangs too flat and straight down causing some severe dog ears. I usually put 4 full wall to wall pumps in to maintain shape and feels more natural. Also make the dogears mostly go away.
