Partner initiating sex (maintaining flow and spontaneity)
What's the best way to maintain flow and spontaneity when is your partner that decide to initiate sex? Which strategies have you implemented?
Hard flaccid syndrome since 2019. Trying to get better with conservative treatments but an implant is on my radar

One handed pumping can get me hard enough to penetrate, so if my partner ever initates ill just have one hand busy. Hopefully I could be open with what I got so it wouldn't be as stressful.

I had hard flaccid (Potentially Post SSRI Sexual Dysfunction) , turned to long flaccid after priaprism incident.

Yeah, 100% being open about it is the best thing. It think it's important to be able to keep things smooth, because I wuold not like that my partner esitate in initiating sex for fear that things may be awkward during the pumping
