Hey guys, 25 years old from the UK…
Have suffered with ED for many years now, presumably due to chronic masturbation if I’m honest.
Have some symptoms synonymous with pelvic floor dysfunction which I am treating via physio etc but I have suffered with severe ED for going on 5 years now and just want to put it behind me. Cialis doesn’t have much effect, viagra will work sometimes but I have a bad upward curve when erect and I can’t pull it down without it feeling like it’s gonna snap
Symptoms:
Soft glans with Cialis (tip and spongiosum)
Upward curve (my Uro did describe it as mild but still bothers me)
With an implant… would the soft glans be an issue? It’s my understanding that as long as I have a great surgeon to prevent them becoming floppy, that the blood would redirect to the glans after some time?
Even if I had to take viagra on top of an implant to engorge the glans, I really don’t care, I just want to put this behind me.
I have urinary symptoms like frequency, sometimes dribble but they seem to be on and off now.
I have taken amitriptyline for several years for a neurological condition which definitely could be hindering my erection quality too. I have just the put the severity of the ED down to amitriptyline but I’m now in a relationship and cannot have sex, thus why I have only just decided to take action ( low libido over the years from the amitriptyline just made me not care about sex at all)
I am seeing Dr Muneer about this all, but if I were to get an implant I would go to the US to Eid.

Just to add… my flaccid is longer/extended. I have had times where it returns to completely normal flaccid state with complete elasticity intact.
My Uro checked me over and said there was no plaque so ruled out peyronies.

Amitriptyline isn't the worst offender among antidepressants but it definitely lower libido. I can imagine there was a valid reason to take it because ADs before 20-25 aren't that good and actually amitriptyline is prescribed to relief neurological pain, chronic headaches, etc.
Your symptoms suggest a better check to your prostate in needed. Likely its size will look normal because you're quite young but this doesn't rule out an inflamation. Also a negative sperm analysis doesn't exclude infection. A healthier prostate and pelvic floor will improve your glans, libido, ejaculatation and the effects of PDE5. Even if you'll go for an implant you'd be better off if you improve the engorgement before.

Did you have interleukine 8 in your sperm tested?

If you choose a good surgeon the tips of the implant will go directly into the glans, making it a bit better than how it is now I think. Just watch some video about man inflating when not aroused, you will see how the soft glans is not so visible, while with pelvic floor dysfunction it totally remain small and soft. Also if after implantation the soft glans remain a problem you cuold always get some filler into it. I have spoke with guys who did the procedure and reported great results for soft glans issue.
Does Dr. Muneer know the pelvic pathology you are experiencing?

Thank you bro, that sends very promising. This is my first appointment with Dr Muneer (tomorrow) so I will let you know how it goes. However, if I do choose to get an implant I will go to the US to have it done with Eid.

Eid is a very good choice even for the glans procedure, so that's good.

One other thought, before you go for a glans procedure, do try Trimix gel. A small amount is injected (no needle it is a gel) into the urethra opening and in about 10 min your glans should expand along with thickening the shaft (This is my experience) Dr Eid prescribed it for me.
