At six weeks post implant I have big family vacation at the lake (various kids, nephew's 20-something girlfriends). Are you saying I won't be able to hide this thing by then? Right now it's way too hard to hide--either you would see my dick or a large, padded area (jock/multiple underwear?)
Everyone says eventually it looks normal...but how long does that take?

Normal is a pretty big category.
At 6 weeks it won’t look like it did before surgery. In fact, it may never look like that again.
Depending on your make and model (not to mention how much gets installed) you aren’t going to hide anything. The best you can really expect is “you look normal for someone who is well hung.”
I’ve got the LGX. Technically that ought to be the easiest to “hide” since it expands to full length only when pumped up. Even so, it’s 5…5 1/2 inches long when flaccid now. You don’t hide a 5.5” softy in shorts or swim trunks. You just continue to march and let others be jealous.
I wasn’t having any problems at 6 weeks but a little residual swelling might be present.
Unless you’re off to a nudist colony, relax. Yeah, you’re going to have a bulge. That’s not all that abnormal. Some guys are growers, some are showers. You are now firmly in the latter category.

Age 68. Physically fit educated red neck in Texas. Very married. 23 cm (18+5) of LGX installed by Dr. Bryan Kansas 12/31/2019. I fought the ED and my wife & I won. I’m either full of shit or sound advice. You decide which.

If you absolutely feel the need to hide your dick, try a snug jock strap under your swimwear or shorts. Point your dick up and slightly off to the side toward your hip. Wearing it pointed down over your balls definitely makes for a bigger bulge.

At six weeks, I think the cylinders were still pretty stiff when deflated.
My best reference is that at around 4 1/2 months, I was able to wear my regular-fit, straight-leg pants because the implant had softened enough. That's when, I would say, it looked "normal" under clothes.
Since then, the implant has softened more, so the lump in my pants is less pronounced, but still much bigger than before I had my implant.

Just wear a shirt that looks good untucked and you will be fine. People do not look at men like they look at women. As a man, after you are 40 you are almost invisible! (Unless you are nude.) Bulges even in swimwear is not as noticeable as we sometimes think. At 6 weeks the Titan is especially stiff but if you can bend it by six weeks you are fine. When I was at 6 weeks, I could bend my Titan implant and sometimes skipped the underwear briefs. Also, if driving a long distance I would unsnap my pants and lower the zipper a bit. . .no one could see, not even my wife.
