Hello everybody ,

soon I will be operated on and I am using the VED, who sold it to me told me that when it gets to an erection it must remain like this for 15/20 seconds maximum and then repeat for 10/12 minutes.
Who used the VED preoperation was the same for you?

I used a VED for 2 years after my prostatectomy. The instructions you received sound okay. I used mine for 20 minutes twice a day. I watched a couple videos on the procedure, you can find them on the internet, and the one I liked said you want to get 20 erections each time you use it. You don’t want to hold it in the erect state too long because it could cause bruising. Try to avoid pumping so hard you get red spots and bruises. I’ve gotten all those several times and they went away, but I’m not saying you don’t need to be careful.

Another reason for the cycling up and down (as was referred to by the 20xs) is that you need to get fresh oxygen into the penis. This is why a functional penis has morning glory hardons each day. Holding it pumped up in one swoop will not do this, as the blood becomes depleted of oxygen and turns blue. Hypoxia (lack of oxygen) will cause tissue degradation and scarring.
