Please don’t take this the wrong way but,
If you are asking this question you are not ready for an implant.
Have you done any research?
But to answer your question, generally speaking, unless you have dexterity issues in your hands an IPP wins every time.

My observation shows that it depends upon what part of the world you reside in. Western based or style countries heavily prefer the 3 piece inflatable implants. They minic the look, feel & function of a natural penis the best.
It seems that members based in India or Pakistan general regions are more interested in malleable implants. In reading their comments. It seems that the lower price is very attractive to them.
So from my view point. It depends if you're after the lowest priced implant or the one that behaves like a natural penis.
Where do you live? Since your asking about a malleable, I'm guessing that price is a big consideration to you. I hope this helps you, good luck.

In addition to the cost, I think the success rate of malleable implants is higher. Inflatable implants need only high-volume surgeons to perform, with a professional ream and technology. You see a lot of unsuccessful implant surgeries, and 99% of them are because the surgeon didn't have the necessary skills.

Re: Malleable implant or inflatable
The AMS technician who was present during my implantation told me that malleables were often requested in countries such as Saudi Arabia (where applicants do not have a particular problem of purchasing power...). The reason: to be immediately available for "madame" if needed...
