Scratch Technique

Postby Musson » Mon Jul 18, 2022 10:43 am

As I contemplate my decision about an implant I’m wondering if a surgeon that utilizes the scratch technique might help. I am not so worried about the curve which I think can be improved with just an implant. I would like to regain some of the dreadful length loss I’ve had with Peyroines. Anyone have any experiences with the scratch technique that might be helpful?

Look up Dr Clavel in Houston, he specializes in any issues and does the scratch technique. I would research him and and maybe even call and try to get a consult, if I ever have a revision he is definitely who I would use.

Dr Perito pioneered it. Basically a alder device is inserted on the dorsal side of the penis in lieu of devolving the shaft skin. Small incisions are made in the Peyroines plaques to allow for the straightening of the shaft as the IPP is inserted.
