What would you do just before zero hour?

So imagine you're going under the knife in a few hours. You've been instructed to ingest nothing after midnight the night before. Therefore, in hopes of giving your physician more to work with, and stretch for length,

1) Would you take a Cialis or Viagra the night before to increase blood flow to your penis?

2) Give it a last stretch with a Restorex (or similar) and/or a last run with a VED?

3) Pray your physician is having a good day and is aggressive in sizing your implant?

The last thing I did was use the VED for 20 minutes 24 hours before surgery. Everything came out good, no complications. Don’t be more aggressive with it than you normally would just to be safe. Also, the entire time I was in bed at the hospital waiting for surgery I was pulling on it to make sure it was all stretched out. I don’t know if that did any good but I don’t think I have lost anything. I’ve only been cycling now for 2 days and it seems all good.

I am one of those guys who needs every inch he can get, so I have already been thinking—obviously—about doing both of those things you mention. Despite months of stretching and pumping my doctor still seems to think he’s going to put in a very small Titan so I’m hoping I don’t get too disappointing a surprise.

Don't take any meds.

Viagra would lower blood pressure, increase bleeding, it could kill you in the table under anaesthesia.

100% No PDE5 inhibitors before surgery. Reckless to even suggest it.

Some Drs recommend discontinueIng VED/stretching several days before surgery. Best to inquire beforehand and follow Dr’s protocol in this regard.

Of coarse prayer, or religious ceremony that fosters peace & confidence going into any surgery is helpful for believers.

Dr Karpman made the AMS video that we BS implants all watch and enjoy. This video is why I used VED after surgery. You are in good hands. If anyone can give you more length he can. Of course if disease has stolen it, well you can only hope for the best. But yes VED up to the time to get up and go.
