LGX contraindications with Peyroines

Is the LGX out of the question with a Peyroines patient ? What is the risk of going with the LGX if you have this condition?
63yr old. PDwith 40% dor. Curve. Pre-PD 7”x6”.lost 2 in. due to PD. ED prior to PD. Switched from Sildalifil to Trimix Nov 2023 . Currently titrating Trimix for optimization.

In my case, my surgeon felt that due to the enormous Peyronie's plaque mass, the only option was the CX. My surgery ran over 3 hours, much of that time spent fracturing plaque and struggling to place one of the cylinders since space was quite constricted. I am completely happy with the outcome.
20 years of severe Peyronie's plaque, 90 curve, hinging and ED. Cost me 1.5" L and 1" G.
Implanted 2/18/21, AMS CX, 18 CM + 3 RTE, penoscrotal. Have gained 3/4". Gay, married, age 68.

Thanks Steve, good to hear the CX worked for you and you got gains with the implant.
