Implanted today -after care instructions?
Got implanted on Monday, took the drain out just now by myself at home. When can I take the penis Gause off and what else should I be doing or not doing? They didn't really give me any instructions besides to not touch it until I go back in 3 weeks to learn how to pump.

Post-op: 5.5 x 4.5 top, 5.1 at base
Phallofill done 9/2023 10 units = +1” girth
Currently 5.5 x5.5”

Give them a call and ask. It’s important that you follow THEIR instructions.
The reality is that that they probably DID do some post op teaching, but the sedation/anesthesia medications make it difficult to retain much of anything.

And I’d be really shocked to discover that I wasn’t supplied with written directions about how to proceed. Given how often these procedures are done, and how the aftercare standards should be fairly settled, having written directions provided before the surgery just seems like a no-brainer.
Decades+ ED; finally ultrasound showed venous leak+arterial insufficiency. Infrapubic (Yay!) implant by Dr. Karpman 8/9/22; with 13 cm distal, 9 proximal Titan. Cleared for new life 9/1/22 and hoping to make up for lost time.

Okay, I reached out to the doctor for care Instructions. Was Mayo Clinic so everything went amazing except for the after care. Maybe there's just not much to worry about is why. I'm not sure.
