Happy 4th…
Hey guys… 6.5 weeks post surgery….how many weeks did you do the warm baths/cycling once the doctor cleared you for baths? I don’t remember if he said 2 or 3 weeks… any benefit to continued soaking?….also, how many pumps should it take to get the hardest? Does not seem as hard as when the doctor left me inflated after surgery..
AMS 700 CX…. Ms pump
Also, anyone remember when the poking/burning in the head of the penis ended ? Tired of that pain. Definitely getting better but that tip pain remains!
Have a good holiday weekend!

Re: Hot baths
I’m a little over a year post implant. Yes, burning on head lasted for some time. It eventually goes away…
I didn’t do baths, instead warm showers and used a heating pad to help with pain. Heating pad was simple sock filled with rice, close off. Throw in microwave for a minute or two. Rice retains heat and is easy to wrap around the penis.
Cycle often…I did 2x daily…for 30+ minutes.
It gets better over time…patience

Re: Hot baths
A morning bath was my norm for close to 4 months. It was a good way to relieve some of the ache and loosen things up to inflate easier. The pain in my shaft lasted for 5 months, lessening as the weeks past. Initially 15-20 pumps was all I could get, the other day it took 40. Some of my pumps may not be full pumps though. You'll be healing for a year, although by 2-3 months things should feel better.

Re: Hot baths
I'm probably not the best person to ask because I really really really enjoy a good hot bath
but I always use my Ved when soaking in a tub. So for me it was about 9 months. But what am I saying I'm coming up on 4 years and I still love to take a hot bath

Which VED do you use? Any instructions would be helpful. I am about to enter my 4th month since implant. Do you use it while Inflated to Flaccid?
Any info will be greatly appreciated.
Thank you

Re: Hot baths
I went on Amazon and found a beginners kit. Under 20 dollars. The pumps are flimsy. So I went to an automotive shop and bought a vacuum pump for brakes and carburetors. Has a gauge and is very powerful. I have no idea what pressure is good for you. Just stop if it hurts. I do 5 minutes on and 5 deflated then 5 on and so forth. 3 or 4 sets per time. I have one cylinder outside of where it should be, likes to bulge. So I always fully deflate before VED. After the last VED I remove the machine and fully inflate then measure. Also I mark my VED tube so I can see how it's going. Your body goes in cycles. Stretching great then for no reason next time not so much. Be patient. Don't rush it. Just keep same pressure and wait it out. Soon you will see increase again and then it will stop or get less a little. But each time you lose less than the time before. So just be patient and keep at it for as long as you like. Some guys get over 2 inches in a year. Everyone gets at least 1 1/4 inches. To me that is a win. And oh yes I'm in a hot bath each time.
