I've gone online and looked at infrapubic post-op pics. All the ones I found were like mine, a vertical cut right through my fat pad. I had both stitches and staples. Is that the same as you guys? I didn't have a drain tube after. Did anyone have a horizontal cut just beneath the fat pad along the penile crease? Thanks

I am not sure if you can see from the picture here( this is 1 month post ops). Maybe I am wrong but isnt this horizontal cut going side to side and not from top to bottom? I also marked where the drain was- I just had drain for 1 day post that they removed it but the glue was there for a month

Dr Perito did mine four years ago. Horizontal just like his photo and also had a drain. I posted surgery photos back then.

So you guys are all mentioning top implants. My guy was a local Yokel who claimed to be high volume 6 to 800 patients a year. I guess you get what you don't pay for

I would be extremely suspicious of any doctor claiming to do 800 implants a year. But just my opinion.
