Implant with Scrotalplasty

If I go forward with an implant I will eventually need to address my wrecking balls. I have both webbing connected to the shaft and an unusually large scrotum. Is one risking too much ( ie infection) to do these simultaneously with the implant? How much should one expect the costs to increase?

Not sure about the cost. I had the scrotoplasty done at the same time with my implant, no issues. The surgeon did a penoscrotal procedure for the implant, so it was easy to do scrotoplasty at the same time.

It cost me about $500 if I remember correctly. My doctor used stiches that were to dissolve. But they all didn't and it took a long time. I ended up removing the last couple at 8 weeks my self. I was strict on wound care and had no infection. When my repair was done all the cultures for infection in the bio film came back negative. The ends of the stiches are annoying. They poked me for the 8 weeks. Worth it for me. My scrotal webbing started right at my glans on the under side of my penis. Great results and no visible scar. Seemed best to just have one surgery rather than 2. Like I said only down side was the long incision and all the stiches. But you will have that plus the IPP surgery stiches if you do them separately.

I also had a scrotalplasty with my implant. Dr. Clavell is known to do scrotalplasties when doing the implant. As to having big nut sack, he says is better for placement of the pump and better for the patient because it gives them easier access to the pump to inflate/deflate. I have a large nut sack, and I told the doc to make it smaller. He advised me not to.
