People who have implant due to peins enlargment exersise
I damaged my peins 2012 by enlargment exersise by home made penis pump. 2 penile doppler with normal result and 1 cavernosography with normal result.

I think I understand your question. I was already impotent for near 2 years before I began using VED. Nothing worked for me, not pills, masturbation, injection, nothing. VED stretched me back out and got me ready for an implant. A doppler test showed 6 venous leakage both side. another showed severe peyronies plaque and scarring. I had 2 choices give up sex or get an implant. 2 years with no sex had driven me crazy. It was almost impossible to orgasm even by masturbation. So an implant was really the only choice for me.
Now with my implant sex was immediately easy again. And just as satisfying or perhaps even more because I had developed PreEjaculation. An implant delays orgasm. And allows prolong sex after orgasm. So it gave me an erection that I could control and that lasted as long as I needed it to.

My ED was from jelqing and doing other enlargement exercises from PEgym about 10 years ago. It actually did work and I gained 3/4" in length, but... at the cost of having ED that got worse over the years. I got an implant a little over a year ago and it is awesome.
Early 30s with ED from jelqing. Implant by Dr Eid on 24 June 2021 with a Titan 24cm with +1cm RTE on one side and -1cm cut off on the other side

What happen when doctor eid scan you with doppler?
Did you found calcification or some venouse leakage?
