Deflating pain

Postby iwantanewone » Fri Jun 10, 2022 3:16 pm

Weekend question… I had surgery and have been inflated for 4 weeks with 2 more weeks to go before the doctor will deflate. I’ve noticed everyone says when they go to the doctor to be deflated the first time that it is very painful. Does anyone know why. Is it painful every time you deflate?

Something else to worry about and dread though I am ready to be rid of this perpetual hard on for a while :D

IWANO,
Actually, the first time the doctor deflated, it was quite a relief, and no, the implant does not hurt during deflation.

I think what people may have been saying is that if there’s still swelling and or tenderness when the Dr. starts messing with the scrotum that it might hurt. Mine did at that time but it goes away as you heal, now there’s no pain on inflating or deflating just endless hours of full on raging hard dick for your partner to enjoy.

My doc deflated me at 2 weeks. When he grabbed my sac and started pushing the deflate button, I thought I was going to throw up on him or pass out, but it didn't last long. The skin was still very tender, and I was swollen some as well. He then partially re-inflated and that was easier. And I would do it all over again if need be.

I’m hoping since my doctor doesn’t deflate until 6 weeks it’s not going to kill me.??
So much pain involved in this process. Waiting to see the benefits ! :D

Hoping since doctor kept me inflated 6 weeks I won’t have such a painful deflation. 2 weeks and 2 days to go…time will tell. :(

iwantanewone...as an almost 'vet' implantee with ~4 years experience, at 6 weeks post-op a PA deflated me with relatively little pain. This opinion is a result of 2 reasons: (1) I had a penile scrotal webbing procedure done concurrently with my implant that resulted in a 4"+ scar running 1/2 the length of my penis and then halfway down my scrotum, and (2) I was never fully inflated at the end of the implant procedure...the surgeon's operative notes says: three quarters. I never felt like I was 'busting at the seams' as some patients report. Yes, my Titan pump button was initially difficult to use but I had more pain from side effects of the catheter than I ever did with my equipment. But, that's just me...

Doc tried to deflate me at 2 week follow up, but I was way too sore to let him go for it. At 5 1/2 weeks he deflated me and as much as it was still achy, it was more of a relief to get my hard dick down after that long. My first self-test and I couldn't get deflated. Three days later doc deflated me again, and the button made a loud click.
