Likely Dimensions After Implant?

Postby Injustright » Wed Jun 08, 2022 1:40 pm

I'm really curious how many men had a good indication before implant procedures of the length they were likely to have, and how close the prediction was.
I'm using a VED now in hopes of restoring some blood flow after a decade and half of penile atrophy. (Oh do I wish I knew about that concept while sitting celibate.) I'm thinking I might as well avoid the pain, cost, and recovery time if I'd be left with a three inch erection.

And please don't tell me about being happy with what you have. That often seems to come from someone gifted with at least an "average" erection. If you have six inches and you're partially erect you can play a bit, but if you have four to five inches you pretty much need all of it to penetrate anyone with some actual flesh and muscle...
Decades+ ED; finally ultrasound showed venous leak+arterial insufficiency. Infrapubic (Yay!) implant by Dr. Karpman 8/9/22; with 13 cm distal, 9 proximal Titan. Cleared for new life 9/1/22 and hoping to make up for lost time.

Great question. I completely share your concern. I used to be big but Peyroines really impacted my length. With all due respect to below average guys, I really enjoyed sex better when I was longer. If an implant is going to cost me another inch I would probably opt for the status quo which is viagra and a Cock ring.

I'd guess you will be nearly the same length as you are in the VED. Maybe up to 1/2" smaller.

There are so many different answers to your question -- the only one that really counts will be the one your surgeon gives you, especially if you have a well known high volume surgeon. Also there is the immediate post surgery size and then possible additional length over time from VED and Perito exercises. Just my opinion fwiw

VED size will be larger than IPP size due to blood being pulled into the penis. What you are looking to do is to restore as much lost size as you can. This can be before as well as after surgery. And also will have some results from the doctor you use. You need to be careful with VED use though as it can actually cause damage and cost you size loss. I used VED prior to surgery but I also use stretching. I would grab my penis with my thumb on top and fore and middle fingers on bottom just below my glans and gently pull straight out away from me and hold for a 3 count then return and pull up towards my belly button, then down towards the floor, and then right and then left. Then repeat as many times as I had time for. Great for when I did not have time to do VED therapy and clean my VED. After surgery some doctors have you use VED therapy. One well known Florida doctor is signed on to a paper in Europe where hand selected men were implanted with LGX IPP's and had very short activation (around 8 days post surgery IIRC) and used VED therapy and showed gains over a group that did not use VED. I am not convinced that the VED use was as much to credit as early activation. Again this is where doctor selection has some impact. There is also a paper that shows early activation has some impact on size post surgery. So you need to talk to your doctor about this. Some doctors leave you inflated and do not activate you for 8 weeks or even more. This is not only to do with the doctor but also the man. If you have a lot of scaring and the doctor has to do more work you will have a longer activation time. So again be careful with your VED not to cause injury.

Good luck with this.
