Peeing question

Postby iwantanewone » Mon Jun 06, 2022 2:37 pm

Hopefully all of my questions are providing answers for others as well… I’m 2 1/2 weeks post surgery but I noticed today and I think it’s been going on…that long after I pee I will notice a little drop or five drops of urine that come out onto my sheet or whatever I’m wearing… Of course I’m not shaking after I pee so I wonder if this is just residual sitting in my penis.… Has anyone else noticed this and does it clear after you’re able to deflate? I’m 60% inflated for six weeks…

Thanks for all the answers and replies

I have had (and occasionally still do) the same problem for years since my first implant and through all my revisions. Dr Perito taught me to "chase" those last drops, putting my finger at the bottom of my balls right before my ass hole (ya'll know "the taint"?) and lightly "push" the lingering pee up along my balls and out my dick. This works pretty well, although I still lose a drop here or there.

Good luck man!

This seems common after catheter insertion, implanted or not. I never had an issue with dripping after peeing, but ever since my surgery and removing that catheter every time there is a drop or two left. I've always sat down since implant, at first mainly because I never knew where the stream was going or if it was going to be a sprinkler this time and go everywhere. Now I still sit to pee and use a few squares of paper to squeeze those last drops out. I put the paper at the tip and run my fingers underneath my shaft to get those last drops out. If I stand at a urinal it takes a lot of shaking to get the last drops out. Makes me look like I'm stroking one off, LOL.

Will be interesting to see when and if this stops. Spoke to doctor… says it is because I’m inflated.

We will see… 3 more weeks…. Any more replies or thoughts?

I’m not implanted but I developed a similar issue after Peyroines hit me. Usually this happens right before an important stand up meeting in the office. Beam me up Spotty.

I suppose you've all noticed the double dribble that some times occurs after inflation, deflation then peeing? Somehow the tips restrict the solid flow and cut it in two. Then when your done you have two streams to deal with. Usually one stops short. Sometimes not. No big deal just another fun fact.

Another solution is to use a bit of TP afterwards. I fold a number of squares of TP and poke my glans in the center and wrap the TP around it. Then back into my under ware. I have separate pouch under ware and it works well. That way in case I don't get all the urine squeezed out or have a bit leak out between bathroom trips I am good. If needed I can replace at the next bathroom visit, if not I can just reuse it. Of course there are pads you can buy for this if the problem is bad enough. But if just minor TP is cheaper and always available in a restroom. Well almost always and you can reuse if it's not.

Good luck with this and keep the incision clean and dry.

This is just for a few weeks after surgery right? Not a permanent condition?

I did not have a catheter for implant, and still have the same issue…. I assume it’s the added size of implants restricting flow. I can’t notice any difference if inflated or deflated. Still get the double dribble. Just reach back as far as you can and push it out with your finger
