Lost any hope

Postby Clementis » Mon Jun 06, 2022 7:32 am

I've Just had a visit with my local Uro and the news is that i'm developping fibrosis and he found scar tissues along my shaft.
In December i had a doppler done and they found nothing but a venous leak. No sign of Fibrosis six months ago.
Now i've received this news six months after.
I was looking for an implant and i had choosen Ralph, but at this point an implant wouldn't be enough to solve my situation. Surgery would be much harder, they'd have to undersize me and in some cases it wouldn't even be possible to perform surgery because of fibrotic tissues.
I'm giving up on living.
At 29 i lost my manhood and there's no way out.
Hope you can have more luck than me and wish you the best.

Hi Clementis,

There is always a way Man don't give up hope! I would look at getting a second opinion. One Dr does not necessarily know what to do. Trust me i learned that after several Uro's giving contradictory replies to things.

There are talented surgeons out there that may not see it the same way! I recall someone a not to long ago on FT speaking of going with a Dr over Eid because Eid said he could not straighten it but his Dr was successful. I wish i could remember who so that you could contact him. i hope he sees this and contacts you.

Your a young man and i would chase the Dr's.

You can Pm or chat or text me if you want

Dr. Hakky is well known for addressing complex issues such as revisions and scar tissue formulation. I believe his price is about 18K. I don't think Ralph is lower than that. You need the opinion of an implant surgeon, not a Uro.

Clementis - concur w/ @silverdaddy1960 - don't give up. There are some extremely talented physicians in this space - one opinion is just that....one. WRT cost - be persistent with insurance carriers. Many simply write off implant as elective. With persistence and a talented/advocacy practice - you are likely to find most insurance carriers will cover this procedure.

Happy to chat. PM me.

It's always possible to install an implant. The big dogs in the industry (Perito, Eid, Hakky, etc.) deal with cases like yours — and probably much worse — on a weekly basis. A skilled surgeon won't undersize you, either, and even if they did, which they won't, a working small dick is better than a flaccid big dick.
Born 1982. Implanted with Coloplast Titan 22cm in August 2021 by the great Dr. Perito in Miami. 6.125" BPEL, 5.25" EG. "It's the girth that gets her off."

Just my thought. From what I have read I don't think you have anything to lose by calling and arranging a teleconference with Dr. Clavell in Houston. He is in the top 4 for implant surgeons from research and therefore high volume as well. Just don't give up at your age. Blessings to you.
Second IPP Titan / Genesis. Experienced pretty much everything negative up to implant. Lost @ 2 inches from plication and atrophy. Willing to show and tell just an ordinary penis. Wish I had IPP much sooner.

Difficult yes, impossible no. Doctors that work on difficult men can do it. The fibrosis is slowly cut through down to the glans. Then the penis is measured for the implant.
Based upon Dr. Ralph's reputation, I'm fairly sure he can handle that work. Don't despare, move forward with Ralph. Let him make the medical decision, not some other doctor.
Btw, several members here have had the same surgery.

I had very measurable scarring in my left corporal body (left side of my dick). My doctor was able to implant a 24cm titan into it and it has been great. I have some issues a few years later but nothing that the good docs cant fix. I sincerely believe that your fibrosis will not get in the way of you having a great implant outcome (and not undersized) from any of the top surgeons out there. For what its worth, my top 3 picks are Eid, Perito, Hakky. No particular order. I had gone with Eid but would highly consider the other 2 if needed.
Titan OTR. Dr. Hakky - successful surgery and very happy with outcome.
My advice: choose a world-class surgeon and make yourself the healthiest you can.
