I had a prostatectomy last year. I've been using bimix with decent results.
My cancer has come back which means I'll be starting radiation and hormone therapy.
Will bimix still work?

68, married 49 years. Robotic Prostatectomy with 50% of nerves spared 8/21. Cancer returned 4/22. 38 Radiation treatments. Cancer returned 3/23 and began ADT Treatment. Coloplast Titan implant 20cm + 2cm with Dr. Paul Perito 10/22.

Get a penile implant before going for radiation or hormone therapy. Your penis will lose length with hormone therapy, and radiation will badly affect your penile vascularity. Only thing that can stop shrinkage is a penile implant.
I ( 29 M) took Spironolactone 400 mg to treat my hair loss. As a result, the penis shrunk from 6” to 4”. with Severe erectile dysfunction. Looking into the penile implant with Sliding Technique.
