More pumping

I tried something different this time- I pumped to max about 20 minutes before sex. Right before intercourse, I gave the pump a bit more work, which probably inflated it more than it ever has. Girlfriend is of the rare type who likes having her cervix hit and hers is pretty deep in there. I hadn't really hit it much until last night. Sorry to sound cringe, but feel sorry for my neighbors. Going in to pump again after 15-20 has finally made a difference there. Great advice for those of you who recommended this to me. Still working on breaking in the pump fully, 8 months in. It continues to get better.

58yr. Married to awesome wife, retired after second back surgery. PE since early 20’s, ED started around 40, back surgeries and heart problems have ruin my dick

56, DE since 2010, the pills worked at high doses not well, on 01/23/23 titan one touch 22, Dr. Gabriele Antonini, Replacement from titan to cx 21 with ms pump on 04/03/2025, today I am almost 60 years old and have various pathologies, testosterone

I can feel mine hitting my wifes cervix and when it does she gasps every time. Thanks for the advice I’m going to try this technique tonight

Global, how many inches did you end up having with a 22cm implant?. Before I got PD even at 7 inches I never bottomed out.
63yr old. PDwith 40% dor. Curve. Pre-PD 7”x6”.lost 2 in. due to PD. ED prior to PD. Switched from Sildalifil to Trimix Nov 2023 . Currently titrating Trimix for optimization.

I’m right at 7 at last again. Positioning helps a lot.

Yeah, I did. And I just had to tell all of y’all lol. I had three years in the middle of my thirties with broken relationships, failed hook ups and a TON of depression and loneliness. And friends and family going “why are you single?”. Things got so bad I basically wondered if I was already dead and just living in a hell realm. Well, I’m pretty sure I’m alive at the moment lol. And it seems we are only improving.
