Implants as a tool to re-build confidence?

I still can get sufficient natural erection for vaginal sex.

However:

It’s no longer very frequent (once-twice a week).

It’s more driven by my own state of mind, than by availability of willing partner (and those two things do not always coincide in time).

It’s not perfectly stable, can go weak if something during the act is not to my liking.

Arousal now requires quite a lot of stimulation to achieve the state of readiness for penetration (like 15-20 minutes of my woman genuinely helping me).

Which rarely happens in occasional hookups, as the dynamics there is opposite: you have to bring her to the state of readiness, not the other way round.

Therefore an imminent risk of failure, which sends my confidence downhill.

I even stopped seeing women because of that, no matter that I am still attracting women half my age.

Medication does not help much anymore (in the past it did). Injections are off limit with occasional partners, neither I like the idea in general.

So, I am seriously considering implants for this very reason: rebuild confidence by making sure that I will not fail when another opportunity comes across.

Anyone here in similar situation, who’s done the implants for this reason? Have you been happy with your decision or regret it?

It really comes down to can you get an erection and maintain it for penetration.When you can’t and pills or injections won’t help an implant is the answer!Believe me it works every time!
