Where (on your penis) are they detecting differences?

In the distal tip/glans they probably feel the hard plastic tips. In the shaft, wrinkles in the fabric of the AMS devices can be felt when fully deflated. Not so much when inflated just a little bit. (Coloplast devices are even easier to detect in the deflated state.) In your crus/perineal area the rear tip, especially if you have a shallow crus or rear tip extenders (RTEs) can be felt if one really tries to feel them.

In my experience, having your implant detected is higher in one-on-one (or two) sexual encounters since there tends to be more intimate physical, genital touching.
