Hi friends, my surgeon wants to implant me a titan without having seen my dick, yet I hear that they implant the device model based on your body, what do you think? other thing I have 6,3 "in length and 6" in circumference, what size should I expect from the titan

Pretty sure you’ll be happy. I had severe atrophy(shrinkage) prior to my titan. I have 5 inch girth and 6.5 inches hard. My wife is 100% satisfied with it and so am I. Good luck with your surgery. Best part of it is I can go as many times as the wife wants it.

I don't know if 22cm and 24cm have the same diameter. Coloplast doesn't show these details on its website. Your doctor or Coloplast representative can have these details.

I believe the 24cm is the xl version which is more girth. Is your length 6.3 bone pressed?
If so you would most likely be fitted with a 20cm, no way to know for sure until the doctor gets in there and measures.
Some doctors can file down a 24cm Titan and allow for more girth.

Here is the US, some surgeons will deal exclusively with either Titian or AMS. In that case, they will recommend the brand they represent regardless of your anatomy. Some of the higher volume surgeons offer both brands and they will offer recommendations on which brand & model they think will best fit your anatomy and priorities.

There is also a general rule of thumb that AMS is best suited for average or lesser size while Titian is better suited for those with above average length and girth. Your length & girth are certainly above average and ideally suited for a Titian so I think you’re very lucky regardless how your surgeon came to his recommendation.
