Testicles hypermobility and implant

By guys.
I'm in the process of getting an implant.
My testicles, during sexual activity, usually cross my groin and they go all the way up.
Then i have to put them in place.
Is it something that could potentially prevent me from getting surgery?
Does anyone of you have hypermobile testicles and an implant at the same time?
I'm very worried.

That is what my boys do. Go up and scrotum becomes hard pushing them up.
To me, it sounds pretty normal.

Yes that sounds pretty normal when you're ready to ejaculate. Once you get the implant the third boy will keep the other two in line!
