Prostate surgery after implant

There is much talk her of implants after prostate surgery but what complications are presented if prostate surgery becomes required after implant?
63yr old. PDwith 40% dor. Curve. Pre-PD 7”x6”.lost 2 in. due to PD. ED prior to PD. Switched from Sildalifil to Trimix Nov 2023 . Currently titrating Trimix for optimization.

My surgeon says the implant doesn't present any difficulty with prostate surgery.
20 years of severe Peyronie's plaque, 90 curve, hinging and ED. Cost me 1.5" L and 1" G.
Implanted 2/18/21, AMS CX, 18 CM + 3 RTE, penoscrotal. Have gained 3/4". Gay, married, age 68.

Musson,
4 months after my implant I had the green light laser procedure on my prostate. That took care of 2 important issues in life...sex and peeing. lol

Update: Replaced implant due to pump failure. New implant Nov.19th, 2024 - Coloplast Titan w/OTR pump - 22cm + 1cm RTE

How is the incontinence doing for you now. Sex parts is solved with the implant.
83, good health, RP 7-2017, all nerves taken , PSA 0.05in 2025,, implanted 4-1-18, Infra-pubic, AMS lgx 15 cm with 5cm rte. Implant at USC Keck. Dr Boyd and Dr Loh Doyle 6.5 x 5, 800 AUS 7-21-20 at Keck
