I take 20mg of generic Viagra daily, and occasionally I take an additional 80mg before a sex session when I want the maximum response. Yes, it helps a great deal for glans and some shaft engorgement.

Funny you should ask -- I was just checking FT today and found some IPP brothers who had had some success with it for glans engorgement. Since I have some daily Cialis on hand I plan to start using it today. I will post my results as soon as I have some to report. There are also guys who have had good success with cock rings and Trimix gel.

Definitely yes. There are many posts on the subject. Use the search function if you want to read them. You will get more reading that way than if you wait for responses to trickle in from current members.

When I first joined FrankTalk, I spend a couple weekends reading through a few years of past posts. The huge slug of information learned was well worth the time spent. Posts from members who are no longer with us, posts from members who have forgotten their years-old experiences, etc. And I did not have to wait for responses. I went out and harvested them in a hurry.

That's a shame, to have gone through the implant operation and still need pharmacological help.

Without being too personal, what prevents sex without drugs too difficult? Floppy glans, discomfort in the glans, too little shaft engorgement come to mind, but I am curious. If you don't mind.

It depends on what sort of engorgement you can get currently.

For anyone who has little/no engorgement in the shaft and glans then I would absolutely recommend either, along with maybe daily Tadalafil. With this you should be more rounded and have good glans engorgement, which will make you a little bigger, more aesthetically pleasing to the eye and touch and ultimately sex will be more enjoyable.

Yeah too little shaft/glans engorgement I'd say. It's not terrible, but pills help bring the engorgement to the next level and really make sex feel a lot better

The implant will make your flacid penis long and hard- it will not give you the hot, throbbing, veiny feeling that a normal blood-filled erection has. That's what the pills are for
