Hi I’m 3.5 weeks out. I empty my bladder and squeeze my pc muscles and empty everything.
Then may be 5 mins after if I sit or lie down it dribbles quiet badly.
It has not improved since I had it done,I worried that this maybe permanent .
Anyone else had this issue?

Re: Incontinence
At first yes. Now at 2+ years out I still dribble a couple drops. Usually sit to pee, squeeze as much as possible, shake it a few times, then wipe with TP. Still a drop or two as soon as I stand up.

Re: Incontinence
I think the issue in at least my case, is that the urethra is permanently stretched out (it can't retract to a shorter length) and there is some degree of urethral constriction at the glans due to the two plastic tips being almost directly on either side of the urethra and meatus.
I do all that has previously been mentioned and still find a bit of dampness on the inside of my kilt (I don't wear pants, only a kilt and then only regimentally or without underwear). In my case, the dampness isn't to a degree that would ever leave a visible wet spot, even if I was wearing underwear and slacks or jeans. Perhaps if I were only wearing a pair of cotton briefs the wet spot would be visible but it only lasts a moment until all remaining liquid has escaped. Personally, I don't have any true incontinence from my bladder, but rather residual urine that still needs to find its way out of the urethra.

I had a bit of trouble before surgery and things were a lot worse afterward. Guess the pressure of the reservoir beside my bladder made things worse. My local uro prescribed a medication that helped. Until then I would wrap folded TP around my glans to catch moisture and changed when needed.
Injections failed. Implanted 3-21-18 AMS 700 LGX 21 + 1 RTE 100 cc reservoir 6.5" L 5" G Dr. Kramer.
