anybody have ejaculation issues?

ever since my priaprism with HF, whenever i am getting close to orgasm. My penis starts dribbling out semen prior to it. by the time i get my orgasm most of it is already out. sensation is pretty great but i wonder what that means? im sure the implant wont do much alleviate but ill want to see who else in the community suffers from this symptom.

ever since i have this symptoms "pulling out" has NEVER been an option :/.

but i if i put on a condom, my erection will die in a few minutes. I end up sliding in and out and pray i dont slip out, if i do, i gotta stroke it again to penetration worthy hardness. as you can imagine, doing that with a floppy condom is not fun. especially with company

i don't know anything in general and also don't know anything about real diagnosed ejaculation issues, but I'm kinda the same way as some of this stuff. I drip out a lot too but I wouldn't consider the whole orgasm to be smaller, but I haven't paid attention either.

I've had the same problem with erection dying really fast when the condom finally gets on. This was about 2 years ago, the cause was ED and also not really being attracted to her, tbh.

Technically I don't think pulling out is really an option for anyone, lol.

If you've suffered from ED for 16 years and you're having trouble keeping an erection while wearing a condom, I think you're in the right place.
