I am just over six-months post-op.

Functionality

Dr. Eid cleared me for sex at 3 weeks and I haven’t looked back since. I have a very sexually charged partner and I also like to masturbate. Between both it is getting plenty of use every day. I almost never pump to more than about 80%- to my partner and myself that’s where it feels most like a natural penis. She claims she notices absolutely no difference from my pre-surgery penis other than that it gets and stays hard. We also go to swinger parties and none of the women who I have had sex with seem to have noticed anything.

Mechanics

At this point it is very easy to compress the bulb and also to deflate. I’ve also been told that the trick to not wearing out the tubing is not to twist but to keep the bulb very steady and not be too forceful. Dr. Eid tells me there is NO correlation between number of inflations and lifespan of the implant- they are good for 100,000 cycles. And Dr. Slowenski in Richmond told me the newest models, if implanted with care, last MUCH longer than 15 years - although I’m a bit skeptical of this doc’s opinion.

Size and shape

I’m back to my previously normal size, about 6.5” long with 5.25 girth. Two different implant surgeons have told me I may still gain some girth but as far as length, I shouldn’t expect any more. I still get some natural engorgement from sexual stimulation and I’m ALWAYS longer and thicker when I am aroused. The penis is also rounder in shape when I am stimulated as opposed to being flat/oval when and I’m just pumping when not horny.

Activity

I am an avid long distance runner and find I must really deflate to the max and use a jockstrap to be comfortable. When I do this I can run as long as I want without the implant bothering me. I do some weights as well and there are no issues.

Social aspects

I still don’t like pumping in front of my girlfriend even though she has been there with me the entire recovery- I still want the sexual experience to feel more “organic” and so I always give it a few pumps when I know we are heading into the bedroom and then add pumps when I know her head is turned or she’s taking off clothes or just not paying attention. Sometimes I inflate to penetration firmness to surprise her when she walks into the room and she likes that. After sex I always deflate in a stealthy way- like when we are under the covers.

In swinger situations I always inflate halfway in a restroom (or the hot tub, which is particularly easy!) or when (generally speaking) the playroom is dark and I can inflate the rest of the way without anyone noticing. I’ve become very adept at stealthy pump-ups.

Very satisfied at six months.

Nice post, I have my implant scheduled for May 9th and I can’t wait to use it. I’ve already told a couple of swinger friends that I’m getting one, but I don’t think I will tell our other friends and she if they notice. They have seen me naked and I don’t know if she will notice by just my flaccid size, I’m 4.5” flaccid now and the doctor said between 24 & 26cm Titan, is you flaccid bigger than you preimplantation penis?
