Medical insurance for an international patient

Lets suppose i travel to the US and get an implant. Are thete any insurance policies an international patient can acquire? It would really put my mind at ease if i could get some insurance package that could cover the cost of the revision procedure after paying for the 1st surgery out of pocket.

I know that eid offers a 3 year timeline where revisions will be free. I think dr hakki offers the same guarantee. If i could extend that to 5 years somehow it would be a perfect offer.

That limits the doctors you can go to but there are some really well spoken of doctors on the list. The most referenced on this site would be a doctor from Georgia, and the one from Illinois. But there are others that have been well spoken of.
