Question about AMS LGX cylinders??

Postby squirrel » Tue Mar 22, 2022 2:59 pm

Is it possible for the LGX cylinders to reach there max length before max girth is reached? Like the cylinders putting pressure in the glans before max girth is reached. Or do the cylinders reach max girth then extend in length? Something I have been thinking about in deciding my choice of implant. Leaving final choice up to the Doc. Thanks.

I've only seen growth expressed as a percentage. I can only presume that the growth is proportional in both directions.
But the wild card on this is the tunica. Its generally said that the tunica is really tough & won't expand past its natural size. So as I understand it, your girth is limited by what the tunica will allow. It seems that the end tissue in the glans area isn't as tough. Thus if oversized by very much, erosion could happen.
I'm not totally in agreement with this. There are a few credible reports of men gaining either or both length or girth after implanted. I'm not sure what the signs of the tunica stretching is. But discomfort/pain in the glans should indicate that you've hit the end & run the risk of erosion if the sizing was off by very much.
Because every mans body isn't the same. The overall strength of the tunica is an unknown. My best advice is to not count on anything more than your original size.

Thanks GT1956. All I expect is what I go in with. Anything in excess would be gravy.

In my mind it depends if the tunica behaves like normal tendon material. Meaning, I'm fairly sure that tendons can atrophy & be stretched a little. Not sure those traits are present in the tunica. Its only my opinion based upon members that have had size/girth gains that it does. So I guess we all will take our chances.
Btw, at my visit to my proposed surgeon. Right at the end he did state to the effect that if an atrophied penis didn't grow by almost 2" in the year after surgery that he knew that you hadn't cycled. I liked that view point cause using my belly button as a reference point. I need around 1 1/2" over my stretched pull test to hit what I feel is my life best size. Oh, he uses AMS products & I've seen him in some of the AMS videos on YouTube.
Best of luck, pick a good doc. Follow his cycle suggestions. (Unless you can safely do more)

Looks like you are leaning toward the LGX. I am also. I agree about picking a great Doc. It takes away a lot of stress.

In all honesty. I decided on an LGX early on. Even before my first consultation. Its description matched the way my natural erection behaved. Very much a grower. I've read all the arguements for & against each brand. None of them changes what I had & I'll be satisfied to get that back.
