Natural erection after implant

I got to know that there are some people that gets natural erection after the IPP surgery.

How does it feel? How hard does it gets? Did you have natural erection before the surgery as well?

I get simi erect but not hard enough for penetration and it's unpredictable. Mostly at night while sleeping. Feels good when it happens

I don't think its possible to get any natural erections with a malleable. The rods will basically displace your natural tissue. Inflatable cylinders can be slid into & through your tissue. Thus the tissue is still there & can engorge.

I can’t speak for malleables , only for inflatables.

It is absolutely possible to get at least a partial erection. A select few can still get full erections although this is very rare. It is dependent on your surgeons skill and what he does or more so does not remove and your erection quality pre implant.

For me, I had decent erections pre IPP, I got an implant due to severe Peyronies.

I can get hard enough for masturbation without pumping and could possibly have fairly inadequate Intercourse. My shaft fills with blood, and my glands engorge. I would call my post implant natural erection quality as blow job sufficient. If I took a PDE5 it may be ok for sex, but really, what’s the point when you can pump?! I do still get morning erections which is nice but they use different nerve pathways.

As I understand it, as time goes by, you are less likely to experience a natural erection and typically it is most common in the first year.

With stimulation I can get a decent election. Probably not enough far penitration buy enough for decent jo. But it stops immediately when the stimulus is gone
