Being 4 weeks out from surgery, it occurred to me that I have been using a combination of the strengths and recommendations of these three great docs.
Re Eid, I had the best possible surgery – no swelling, bruising or pain. Easily cycled without being in a tub in 3 days, sex in 3 weeks. His vast experience really made my surgery a “nothing burger”.
Re Hakky, in my telemed with him, he focused very heavily on the value of VED use pre-op and post-op. I did it pre-op and it seemed to help prepare me for the surgery. I haven't re-started yet but intend to after a bit more time – even though I feel totally healed, seems I should ensure it really is.
Re Perito, his THE Exercise, while extremely challenging (YIKES!), has been of great benefit to me in regaining length, straightening a slight curve, and maybe a bit of girth – hopefully more to follow.

So these three high volume docs, as well as the ever helpful brotherhood on FT, have each been of great value to me in my implant journey.
Would welcome other’s opinions or questions

I watched the video. Legitimate question - how can you bend your implant in any direction when its fully inflated? Given the stiffness of mine, that would seem near impossible. Don't get me wrong, I can move it slightly in each direction, but definitely not bending it. I'd like to know your experience here.

Titan OTR. Dr. Hakky - successful surgery and very happy with outcome.

My doc gave me the same exercise as Perito does in the video and said to bend it enough so their's discomfort because otherwise you're basically just playing with your wiener. But he did say not to bend it completely where the cylinders almost become a U shape. He did the bends each direction about halfway and said that was good. The first time he did it in the office it hurt like hell, but after doing it every day it stopped hurting on the shaft afterward about a week into it.

Cnidium -- very understandable question -- that's why I labeled it YIKES! It is very counterintuitive when you consider the hardness BUT I found that it can be done. First times it nearly brought tears to my eyes, but I grinded it out and found that some bending was possible when grasping the base with my other hand. And each time I've done it, it's gotten slowly easier to do and I've been able to bend it further and further till now the bend is starting to approach 90 degrees.
And it is reinforcing when after doing it I find that I am able to pump more juice in! The only way that could be possible would be if the tissue is expanding during the bending and can then accommodate bigger cylinders.
The key thought for me has been to remind myself that my unit is now comprised basically of unbreakable flexible tubes and tissue. At least I hope so -- not being medical myself, my faith on that rests with Perito...

My Dr was Loh Doyle. Blankloads used him also. Today I tried the procedure at max pump. You are right as it would not bend at all. Cant bend a railroad spike. Dr Loh Doyle showed me the exercise 4 months after the implant operation when I complained it didn't really get hard when pumped up. I sure gets hard now. To hard for practical use unless you are screwing a wildcat.
