Wich intervention To chose subcoronal or normal one

Postby Spirea » Thu Mar 17, 2022 8:07 am

Hi I decided to make a malleable implant. The question is that I saw 2 types of operation the subcoronal and the operation that is done is in most cases. What is the difference between the subcoronal . Or which is better

What has made you decide to get a Malleable rather than an inflatable? Is it cost, or a lack of dexterity with your hands? or another reason?

There are typically, three ways of insertion:

Penoscrotal - Usually a Vertical incision around 1-2 inches.

Infrapubic - Incision just above the base of the penis - Quciker recovery gernally but greater risk of nerve damage.

Subcoronal - Incision just above the glands. This is a fairly rare approach to an inplant.

You will generally find you will not have the ability to choose which approach your surgeon uses, he will likely use one more than the other and will only deviate on a case by case basis.

Long term, i think the Penal scrotal is more popular but this can delay cyclign due to healing around the pump.
Implanted by Mike Fraser in feb 2022 due to a 80 degree dorsal curvature. 18cm Titan - way undersized. 8’ pre Peyronies, 6’ pre implant - currently 6’.

Thank you very much for your help, the information from you helps me a lot. Malleable implants make it financially less expensive and I don't have enough money for inflatables. and I don't have time to wait for the inflatable. I want nothing more than to be able to satisfy my wife sexually. They are already our relationship is very stupid. I just want to be able to have a normal sex life. I understand that a malleable implant helps you have a somewhat normal sex life. Now I'm at a bad point in my relationship. I said to make a malleable implant and to be able to save my relationship. And it took me 2-3 years to make 3 inflatable pieces.

Hi. Which malleable you prefer? I have also researched a lot on Malleables. What is your stretched penis length? Then I may be able to advise on concealability

My erect penis now I don't think is 9-11 cm bigger. I talked to 2 doctors, one uses Boston scientific and Zéphyr. And the other doctor rigicon malleable implant. Thank you very much for your help

Oh ok. Actually my Erect length is also 11 cm. I spoke to doc who suggested that this is a 'comfortable' length for malleable as it is not too big and concealment is not a problem. He suggested with such mid size, Tactra can be used, which offers the most hardness. And if you have some erection pre implant, then you are likely to get some engorgement even after implant, leading to further girth and natural feel.

Concealment becomes an issue for larger malleables. However with this length, Tactra should work well.

There are some other Franktalk Tactra users who have been happy with the result (and have been able to satisfy partners).

To clarify, if size is bigger, maybe 15cm plus, then Rigicon works better, given that it is more malleable than Tactra.
