So, I’m three weeks post op. I hope to start cycling next week and I am not sure if I am pumped or not. I have deflated but I am still pointing at 2-2:30 and makes wearing any type of trousers very uncomfortable. I am also easily hard enough to have penetrative sex so I am guessing I am not completely deflated.

How long was it before your flaccid penis went to 4 o clock or more? I appreciate that in time the cylinders will become softer but the thought of being at this angle for another 4-8 weeks is scary.

I'm in the same position as you although had mine a couple of days before. Mine goes down a little bit to 4 oclock but because of the residual curve it comes back to 3 oclock. I was left deflated, after 24hrs at 100% inflated, but i think some fluid has entered the cylinders in the last few days. My daughter brought our 4 week old granddaughter round today and it's such hard work being able to act normal and hold the baby etc with my dick forced into my pants and the pain that causes. I'm going for inflate/deflate tuesday so i'll have questions answered then hopefully.

When you deflated, did you squeeze your dick while holding the deflate valve? For me that is the only way to get it as flacid as possible.

I’ve tried both pressing the button and then squeezing the shaft and have pressed and squeezed simultaneously.

With the constant friction of my clothes on my glands it’s really uncomfortable and is now the only part that is giving me trouble.

I’m going to try again tonight to inflate but the last time I attempted I had backflow and was in absolute agony for 24 hours.

hold the button for 5 seconds. squeeze your dick and press it against your pubic area to get it completely flat.( you should feel a buzz while squeezing it flat ) Then one quick squeeze of the pump. You will feel the valve click. Now you are empty and will not refill unless you actually pump the bulb. First 6 months I would auto fill also. This prevents autofill.

Well, I failed miserably last night

Got about 10 pumps in, was rock hard. Very happy. And straight! Stayed in the bath for half an hour then tried to deflate. I could not for the life of me find the button and if I did nothing happened. I tried all night; didn’t get a seconds sleep and this morning my glands feel
Like they are on fire. Tbh I am quite happy with my current size ( 5 and a bit inches ) and am wondering if cycling for an extra half an inch is actually worth the pain and effort.

Anyway, I am seeing a specialist later today, who is connected with my surgeon and he will hopefully show me how to use it properly.

All night with an erection? LOL, I did the same thing, not once but twice! Had to go see doc to deflate me.
Finding the button is tough. It doesn't stick out much from the pump base. Real tough when you have limited sensation in your fingers, like me. Swelling & soreness add to the tough.
Once you can find the button things will be easier, trust me.

After my implant softened up my flaccid is 6 O’clock!
