About to make the plunge with an Implant.

I am new to this forum and am glad I came upon it. Lots of good information. A little nervous at the moment, but also excited. Wife also is somewhat starting to get excited also.

Surgery is scheduled for April, but waiting on insurance to approve. I see the name Dr. Hakky come up in the post. Would you recomend him. I am sechuduled Dr. Symbas Atlanta, he seems very competent and has done many of these surgerys.

Egads if you are in/going to Atlanta, Hakky would certainly bear consideration! He and Eid seem to be regarded by many guys on FT as THE preeminent implant surgeons. I have had a telemed with Hakky and was most impressed. I only chose Eid due to some logistical issues. He has a long queue for sure. If you want a tip on how to pursue him on an expedited basis, just pm me. Good luck with whoever you choose!
