Heard the old adage of use it or lose it.
Is it better to use ED meds regularly to improve function or to use them less so you don't get used to them so much?
Seen some say use them sporadically whilst others here says use them constantly to get fresh oxygen to the penis.. M

You could use a pump regularly and avoid the issue. But yeah, you need some blood flow if you're getting none at all.

How often would I need to pump?
Would not stimulating myself twice daily if I can muster up some form of erection be enough blood flow?

Maybe. I don't know how much blood flow you're getting. You probably ought to consult your Uro.

Hi Gavalar.
I'm stimulating for 20 minutes during the day. Then at night I take 100mg Sildenafil. The idea is I'm trying to get blood flowing every 12 hours.
Got an appointment with a Uro on the 14th to ask about whether getting a pump is necessary or whether I'm fine doing what I'm currently doing.
British, 33 yrs old. ED caused by Paraphimosis in 2019. 100mg Sildenafil for sex. Trialled Invicorp as advised by doctor in 2021, too strong. Taking some Sildenafil every night to stimulate nocturnal erections. Pills starting to lose effectiveness (2025).
