How to diagnose venous leak?

Is there any way to diagnose venous leak?

Is it venous leak if 5mg cialis helps hold an erection?

Shaft can get hard but the soft glans can't?
28 years old. VL symptoms. No morning wood for years.

Question, I can get descent erection, but the glan is not hard enough for anal penetration, it start to go limp when I try, even with lube. What can I do?

Same problem vigra give me hard erection in shaft but glans remaining soft
