Back on the Road bike after 12 weeks post op. I did try to ride my bike at 6 weeks out but was uncomfortable and I could definitely feel the pump with my riding bibs on.
I ordered a no nose saddle called an Easy Seat II made by Hobson, which worked but I just couldn’t handle the riding position with the sit bones on top of the saddle and it was difficult to grab my water bottles, felt like I was gonna fall off my bike. (Rode with that saddle for 250 miles)
So a couple days ago, I put my old bike saddle back on (ISM PL 1.1) which is considered a nose nose saddle, probably because of the opening at the front to take pressure off of the prostrate and soft tissue.
So far so good, I’ve done back to back 38 mile rides and no problems. I can feel the pump now and then on the scrotal skin when I get out of the saddle but it’s not bad and it hasn’t hurt the boys. I have the larger pump with the AMS 700 LGX. Yay!
Also, it’s great to be in the other saddle again, sex was amazing with my beautiful wife this past week, it gets better every week.
I ride a 2016 Specialized S Works Tarmac/ SRAM Red ETap shifters, Ceramic Speed Oversized chain rollers, Roval 60 Carbon Fiber Wheels.
It’s good to be back on both saddles again,

Congrats. Good to know you feel that well within 3 months. I was just implanted last week and I want to get back in the gym- although I kind of hope in about 6-8 weeks, whenever I am ready, I don’t have the energy to lift weights or ride a bike.
Age 54, venous leak and some scarring, tried daily/occasional Cialis for awhile then a few months various doses of tri/quad mix. Either helped and would produce 50-60%.erections, but never really full. Implanted 1/20/22 26cm” Titan- Dr. Hakky

Definitely listen to your doctor about his restrictions during your healing time. I had a couple days where I over exerted lifting something or bending too much and paid for it the next day or two days with set backs in pain.
I had asked him about getting back on the bike at six weeks and he said ok, but to do some easy miles and if I felt any pain or discomfort to stop and wait another week, which is what I did.
You definitely have to be patient with this healing period, and you can definitely gain some unwanted weight.
Hang in there it gets better.
