Any of you BIONIC gentlemen have a AMS 700 LGX & AMS 800 implanted simultaneously?

48 100% Disabled USMC Combat Vet, 16 previous surgeries prior to being diagnosed Feb 23 2021 with stage 3 prostate cancer, nerve sparring RPL March 31 no pertinent issues other than it leaving me totally incontinent & obviously “dysfunctional” i have tried all the appropriate ED stuff as directed by my urologist, from shockwave therapy, including all the troupes/pills & Trimex! Finally, I’ve discussed with my wife/nurse of 30 yrs & decided with my doc & as a result will have undergo a double implant on Jan. 31!. First, I would like to thank the creator/admin of Franktalk for the access to such information & those whom discuss, as many of my issues & concerns were easily addressed by simply reading your threads of questions & responses of which I highly appreciate. However, My ultimate question would be, to ask if anyone that has had an AMS LGX & AUS 800 (artificial sphincter) implanted simultaneously?
Please, talk to me! I plead for your experienced responses! Any heads up, tips, precautions or post surgical advice would be greatly appreciated! Thank you kindly, in advance!

I have both devices. 700lgx first. After healing no scrotal pain. 1 year later 800 aus. Seems like the 2 pumps pinch something between them and scrotum painfull most the time. In my case I have to urinate every 2-3 hrs and it could be all. the squeezing of the pump. I was on 1 pad a day and not to bad, but when I would spread my legs over my Honda quad seat, urine would just flow endlessly. I was judging bird dogs in competition. So I got the AUS. I still flow when I ride the quad, even if I pee just before getting on. Just felt you may need this info to evaluate your decision. Both procedures were painful . Most docs I am told wont do them together. My RP was supposed to be nerve sparing , but doc removed all my nerves. Thank you for your service. Am also a vet.
