And so it begins
Intermittent ED problems for more than 10 years. Pills and injections failed totally about 3 months ago. I went to Dr. Lentz at Duke yesterday for an evaluation. He seemed very smart and the office staff was great. He said I was a good candidate for an implant. I’m a grower not shower. My stretched length was a little over 5.5 although I can go to 7 with a VED. He said I would implant to somewhere in between. I’m scheduled for the last week in February. He felt that he had better results with Titan vs the LGX but said he would do either if I had a preference. I’m just concerned about ending up at 5.5.

This comes up all the time and as everyone will tell you,a rock hard 5.5 is a hell of a lot better than a limp 7!I have gained most of my loss back with cycling and VED use and I’m a little over a year out with my Titan and love it!PM me if I can help!

I know it's been said before, but the stretched length is simply a ballpark figure.
A competent surgeon will induce an erection and measure you while operating on you.
The key term is "competent surgeon".
The VED length is unreasonable.
I personally wouldn't want the Titan unless I had Peyronies or a dick too long for an LGX.
I just wouldn't want the flaccid appearance and feel of it.
That's a subject for another time though.

Have to agree with gjmjoe017, a hard dick is better than any size soft dick.
After the implant you'll need to inflate/deflate (cycling) daily for 30-60 minutes for a few months to regain size. When your surgeon clears you for sex it's time to start cycling. Will say I lost about an inch because no one told me about cycling until I was 5 months post, and too late.

Thank you for the replies. I agree that anything working is better than bigger not working. Dr. Lentz seemed to be aggressive about starting to cycle earlier. I'm going to keep using the VED until my surgery and hope for the best. Bob
