I've not personally but was researching and considering it at one point. However, my decision to not pursue it was made by the many, many reviews I read online from men wishing they had never heard of Xiaflex and whose PD was made much worse by it.
58yo, healthy, fit man with long-standing ED and disappointing results with conventional treatment modalities. Now implanted (07/2024) with Tactra, malleable implant.

I don't have pd anymore. Just saw the commercial on TV. Wonder when commercials will start for penile implants? That is the real cure for PD.
