Pain when flaccid just behind head on one side

Is this pain normal?? I am roughly 4 weeks healed from my Titian install by Dr Hakky in Atlanta.

When I am deflated and flaccid I am getting pain from what I can guess as the cylinder on the side of my penis just behind the head. This happens when I have on tight underwear and have my penis bent to the side to fit in my underwear. The pain is very intense and I am scared this is not just healing pain. When I inflate the bump area goes away and stops hurting. May be the tip of the cylinder?? When I inflate I can not feel it at all and actually feels better.

Any ideas so that I can get more comfortable when flaccid? It hurts so bad that I do not think I could do prolonged physical activities at this point.

I do not have a Titan but my LGX has hard proximal and distal tips of the cylinders. And the distal tips (that go into the Glans) do have a shoulder that I can feel sometimes. You can contact your doctor for this. One thing i would try is to alternate which side. Say if you are going to your right side then try going to your left side. But contact your doctor to ask about that and let him know of your pain. It might mean something to him that it does not to me.

I have the same size Titan as you but I wear no underwear for comfort. I just let it hang down my pant leg.

I'm having the same problem. Started yesterday on the left tip of my penis. It feels like a toe with gout. If I manipulate the spot it doesn't hurt bad but like a bruise without the coloring. I'm 9 weeks out and cycling. Any advice is appreciated.

I had pain on my right side. Taking over the counter pain meds helped. Don’t remember when I become pain free but it was around the 3 to4 month mark.
It will get better, gradually subside, go away.

I have an appointment with him this week.
I will post once he has a look at it.. I believe it has something to to with the implant not yet being really flexible yet. The angle of my penis in underwear may be irritating the tip. Seems to be much better when I wear loose fitting cloths. This can be quite the challenge when trying to be inconspicuous.
