How much did your surgeon leave your implant inflated after surgery?

I had surgery 18 days ago. Healing went pretty well. My original follow-up appointment was made for today, but got rescheduled by surgeon’s office until Jan 10, which will be about one month after my surgery. My surgeon left my implant somewhat inflated, which I understand is standard procedure, But I don’t know what percentage it is inflated. Currently my once-6-inch penis is sticking out 3 inches. I did lose some length due to Peyronies and lack of full erection for several years. I also know the implant won’t increase my length. Still I’m wondering if I’m fully inflated and this is as long as it gets, or if it’s only partially inflated and there will be more length when the doc fully inflates. The chambers already feel pretty stiff. It’s killing me to wait to find out. Any advice or info based on your experiences?

I was inflated to 70% for two weeks following surgery. Years of Peyronie's also cost me 1.5" in length and almost 1" in girth. With aggressive cycling, I have gained 3/4" in length, so I think it's too early for you to be worried about size just yet.

@Craigdwill; What was your pre-OP length? Did your doctor perform the stretched length test?

I'm not sure what my pre-surgery length was. He did stretch it out in the office, but we didn't officially measure it. Also, I used a vacuum pump for several weeks prior to surgery (stopped two weeks before). I know that didn't perform any miracles. He said he'd inject and stretch it out during surgery, then insert the biggest implant that would fit. Any discussion I had with him after surgery, was in the recovery room, so I don't remember much. I'm not hoping for my original size, but I'd be very happy with 5" which is average. Right now it seems pitifully small. At least I'm sure it's not 100% inflated, but I don't see myself getting 2 more inches with full inflation.

was pumped 80-90% and it hurt like hell. Stuck straight out at 3 o'clock 6 inch for 3 weeks.

The Dr told me I was inflated at about 20%, which left my penis a little plump, but still aimed straight down. I can't imagine going 4 weeks post-op with 7 inches sticking straight out.

Doc left me inflated to 60%. At my 2 week follow up he tried to deflate but it hurt too bad. At my 6 week (5 1/2 weeks actually) he was able to deflate me. It was a few rough weeks for sure.

I was left virtually fully inflated for over 2 weeks until I insisted on an urgent appointment. Doctor cocked up, left the reservoir partially encapsulated so now I have a permanent semi 4.5 months later which is continuously uncomfortable
